Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription options:

• 2-Week Subscription: $39.98
• Monthly Subscription: $49.99
• 3-Monthly Subscription: $99.99
• Annual Subscription: $189.99

All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown above, until you cancel. Your renewal date and the amount to be charged are always visible in your member centre, and we send you a reminder email before each automatic renewal.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If you wish to cancel, do not recognise a charge on your statement, or are not happy with the service, please contact us and we will refund the charge in question.

We will also issue a refund in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access our platform due to a service error on our side, please contact us within 7 days. Depending on the case, we may provide a refund or extend your subscription as compensation.
• Unauthorized Charges: If you notice a charge you did not authorize, please notify us right away and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at [email protected] with:

• Your account details (user ID, email address)
• Subscription information (plan type, order ID)
• A brief description of the issue with any supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots)

Our support team will review your request within 1 business day and get back to you by email. If approved, refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time yourself: log in, open your member centre, and click Unsubscribe. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further payments will be taken. You can also email our support team and we will cancel for you the same day.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full access to your membership until the end of the period you have already paid for.
